Our Story

We read a definition of midlife as being the ‘wrong side of 40’, and we got cross.

We are Janine & Kate; qualified and experienced Life Coaches living and working in South East London.

Having both re-evaluated life, we know that midlife can be a positive and powerful place. The right side of 40.

Midlife women (and men too) tell us in our roles as Life Coaches that they are ready to make changes and want more out of life.

They also tell us being outdoors and walking helps them think more clearly. And we agree! Nature is good for us and for the soul.

So when we women come together, share experiences and support each other on a walk and talk, there’s a little bit of something extra special. That’s why we love working with groups outdoors: Midlife women flourish when we come together.

Our Life Coaching groups gather in Beckenham Place Park, London.
