After several wonderful years of walks, conversations, and coaching in nature, Pause Outdoors has now run its course.
We want to say a huge thank-you to everyone who joined us on our walks over the years — for your company, your stories, and the many moments shared in Beckenham Place Park. It’s been a joy to see how nature and connection can make such a difference.
Although Pause Outdoors has finished, we both still love visiting Beckenham Place Park and spending time outdoors — it will always hold a special place in our hearts.
